• Billing Cycle: The interval of time between regularly recurring billing dates.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR A REFUND

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

• Service Deficiency: You may be eligible for a refund if the services provided are defective or not as described. This includes significant downtime or failure of key features that we are unable to rectify in a timely manner.
• Billing Errors: In case of a billing error, where you have been overcharged, you are entitled to a refund of the excess amount.
• Cancellation within the Cooling-Off Period: For new subscriptions, we offer a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of your initial payment. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within this timeframe.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

Certain services are non-refundable. These include:

• Subscription Renewals: Fees for subscription renewals are non-refundable. We will send reminders before your subscription renews.
• Custom Development Services: Any fees for custom development or specialized services requested by you are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Third-Party Fees: Any fees paid to third-party services integrated with AffTrax are not refundable by us.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

6. REFUND PROCESSING

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note the following:

• Timeline: Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or payment provider for a payment made to us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact us to resolve any billing issues before resorting to a chargeback.
