- Free Trial Period: The 14-day free trial provided by AffTrax is not subject to refunds, as no payment is required during this period. However, once the trial ends, the refund policy becomes applicable for the first subscription payment, as mentioned above.
- Subsequent Payments: Refunds are not available for renewal payments made after the first billing cycle. Once a subscription renews, you are committed to the full term, and no partial refunds will be provided for unused services or early cancellations.
- Account Usage: To be eligible for a refund, you must not have violated any of AffTrax's terms and conditions. Accounts found to be in violation of our terms (such as engaging in prohibited activities) will not be eligible for refunds, even if the refund request is made within the specified time frame.
2. Circumstances for Refund Denial
While we strive to accommodate our users, there are certain situations where a refund may not be granted:
- If you have made excessive use of the service within the first 7 days of payment, we reserve the right to deny your refund request. Excessive use is defined as utilization of services in a manner that significantly exceeds the usage patterns of average subscribers, which may include multiple tool runs, extensive data processing, or other high-intensity activities.
- If you request a refund after the 7-day period, we are not obligated to provide a refund. However, in exceptional cases, we may review your request on a case-by-case basis, though refunds are not guaranteed.
- Refunds will not be issued if the subscription was purchased using a promotional offer or discount that clearly stated non-refundable terms.
- If your account has been suspended or terminated due to a breach of our terms of service, including fraudulent activity or misuse of our tools, you will not be eligible for a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment method, refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds processed via credit or debit card typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. However, depending on your bank or card issuer, this process may take longer.
- Third-Party Payment Processors: If you used a third-party payment method, such as Stripe or another payment gateway, processing times may vary depending on their policies and procedures.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Please be aware that once we have issued the refund, any delays in receiving the funds are the responsibility of your financial institution, and AffTrax has no control over this.
5. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:
- Renewal Payments: As mentioned earlier, subscription renewals are non-refundable. You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Once a subscription renews, no refund will be issued for that period.
- Custom Services: Any additional custom services or one-time products that you may have purchased from AffTrax are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Late Requests: Refund requests made after the 7-day period from the initial payment date are not eligible for a refund, except in extraordinary circumstances, which are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Promotional or Discounted Subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased using a limited-time offer, discount, or promotional code are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
